Welcome!
We're new around here! Let us just say
that being the new girls is exciting! And a little nerve wracking. And most of
all, it makes us feel like we are in the 7th grade again, except now we already
know how to take our bras off without taking our arms out of our shirt sleeves,
and we aren't afraid no one will sit with us at lunch, thank goodness. With any
luck we can all move quickly past the awkward introductions, and before you
know it we'll be hanging out together in our PJ's with no make-up, watching Real
House Wives of Everywhere marathons.
So, House Salad is our company. Our 3 member team has been working together for over ten years making stuff pretty. Our
business is dressing homes for Sellers and Buyers. We work either in person or
via the interwebs to develop a Style Plan for a room or a whole house.
We work
with Sellers using their own furnishings and accessories, or ours. We have over
20 homes of furniture on hand as well as an extensive accessory and rug
inventory. We offer investors turnkey
options designed to fit (almost) any budget.
The Style Plan we provide includes recommendations
for cosmetic changes including color and selection of paint, tile, fixtures,
and flooring. Above all our aesthetic is
livable, on trend and creative. We
spend your money like we would spend our own and in the end no two houses are alike. We have developed an extensive
resource list for materials and labor and we pass the cost savings on to you. If
you are a buyer shopping for a new home, we can work with you and your real
estate professional to create a plan prior to purchase or we can work with you
after closing to turn your new house into the best home it can be. We are happy to be here and we plan to dazzle you with our House Salad Style!
